Teams in many parts of my life: growing up in a team (family), living in a team (family), working in teams, supporting sport teams of my kids, facilitating (leadership) teams so they get higher performing.
For me teamwork is about two things, which is being captured in these two quotes: ‘The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team’ (Phil Jackson) and ‘Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships’ (Michael Jordan).

Nature, people overcoming adversity and new perspectives through travelling to other worlds.
