People indicate they feel that I value everyone. That’s because it makes me happy to gain insight into everyone’s qualities and values. And of course also in the dark side of them. We are all so special as humans. If we can see each other in our full strength, we can make a difference. My pitfall is that sometimes I only pay attention to the other and share less of myself.

My first real experience with teaming was with a small team. As a young girl, I pacified and mediated many arguments between my parents. Even then my parents felt both seen and recognized by me. With everything I had, I made sure that I was willing to listen to each other and take the next step together. Because of my development in the field of systemic working, I realize that the role of mediator was not my place for me as a daughter. And I am increasingly learning not to take everything on my shoulders, but also to rest with others. I still have a long way to go in this. I still prefer to do my job with everything I have, my head, my heart and my stomach.
